Ceramic Braces Progress - 5 months

And so, it has been 5 months since I started wearing my braces, everytime my Orthodontist sees me, he would always comment that he could not believe I am the same patient! He seems to be very amazed. He actually said he was a bit skeptical when he first saw me .....*shit is my teeth condition that meh -.- *  He said my bite is actually so perfect now without use of any bands, etc.

Upper teeth still looks crooked, but as you can see my front teeth size is not balanced *stupid accident made me lost my tooth* , so I will need an implant to replace that tooth, and hopefully will make it look balanced. Orthodontist actually use a type of tool to measure my one tooth and said it's 1mm short ... He said he will make a note so that the implant will make it balanced :)
For my upper teeth there are still spaces in between the teeth, so hopefully, not too much work now!

Wedding Preparation

I am glad this blog is not known to my friends in South Africa.
Therefore I am able to share ideas and preparations for my wedding, and still making it a surprise for the guests.

It has been 2 months since our engagement, and I already have a file load of information, contacts and quotes I got from various sources.

Internet has been wonderful, I get so much cheaper options than what I have been told to expect from friends that recently married.
Eg. Friends said it will cost me at least ZAR4000 for a wedding cake, claiming it's a friend of hers.
After googling in the internet, I found a one offering me ZAR3000 for a 3-tier wedding cake, and her work and ideas are lovely.
Tip : Never just listen, always research, research and research.

Not to mention my family in Penang, helping me to source items for my wedding. I was feeling alone, with my bridesmaid all the way in Penang. No one to give me opinions on my dress, theme, etc.
I do have friends here but not close ones, and the closer ones does not share the same taste as me.
I am very very grateful to have my family although far away from me, but helped me tremendously :)

I hope future wedding posts will be able to share tips and lessons I learnt while preparing for my own wedding.

Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream

Four months ago, I wrote a review on Body Shop Carrot Moisture Cream. I admit I did not use daily as I should, simply because sometimes I feel it a tad oily. There is still 10% left in the tub.

Anyway it was 50% sale in Body Shop again! When it's 50%, I HAVE to get something.... lol

This time, I bought a tub of 50ml Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream. It is claims to be one of the bestseller in Body Shop.

Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream

The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream Cream review

Claims
Everybody's favourite and our bestseller. An easily absorbed daily moisturising cream that has the lightness of a lotion with the moisturising benefits of a cream. It helps protect the skin, leaving it feeling soft, smooth and healthy-looking.

Vitamin E - Is a naturally powerful and one of the best antioxidants that help protect the skin against damaging environmental elements, such as the sun, pollution and cigarette smoke. Helps neutralise free radicals, which are destructive molecules that attack cells and harm the skin. Is an excellent moisturiser that improves the smoothness of the skin. Helps protect the future of your skin.
Sorbitol - Helps the skin to retain moisture.
Lanolin - Is one of nature's richest moisturisers. Is readily absorbed and so provides good protection for the skin.

Application
Texture was very light but very hydrating.
I am very surprised with it as I expected it to be more or less like the Carrot Moisture Cream, but it is actually as good as Dr.G's Water Holding Essence
Bear in mind Essence are normally more expensive and have to be used very sparingly *maybe because it's too precious and expensive for each drop!* and to find a Moisture Cream as good as an Essence is something to note.

I definitely like this more than Carrot Moisture Cream.

Skin
Skin feels as hydrated as when I used Dr.G's. No oiliness after application and hydrates the skin. Skin feels more supple and plumpy after application.

Smell
Smell is nice.

Usage
Do not need to use much, but I love it so much that I use more than I need to... Also might be because there is no oiliness at all that there is no harm applying more :)

Value for Money
It comes in a 50ml tub with the price of ZAR90 (Which is around RM39 after conversion).
I managed to get hold of a tub during the 50% sale in Body Shop.

P/s - Yin /Min, do you know how much is it in M'sia? If it is a good buy, can buy for u all!

Overall
This item is good for this price range.

Edit 2013-07-12 : My facial routine now consists of Dermalogica products.
