Penang. Malaysia - Food Paradise

Penang is home to one of the country's finest cuisine. It is well known as a gourmet's paradise with people from nearby countries travelling all the way here to satisfy their taste buds.

Penang has a mixed culture of Chinese or various origins, Malays, Indians, Mamaks or Indian Muslim, Eurasians and some Thais. These ethnic groups have also merged within the Malaysian ethos and plays an important role to the culture and food.

And satisfying my tastebuds is exactly what I have been doing for the past 3 days upon reaching my beloved hometown.

Dim Sum at Cititel

At Sin Lee Hin Coffee Shop, Tanjung Bungah

Laksa from Farlim

Nasi Kandar from Tanjung Bungah Tuesday night market

Home-cooked meal
And all these are just the beginning! Yummy!

I'm sure all Penangites living abroad miss the food here as much as I do, and will only trully understand that this is definitely not considered overindulging.

And I'm sure Ethan is also enjoying all the exotic flavours straight from his milk!

  1. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
